We were proud to provide the carpentry and joinery works for this community-led housing development in the North Norfolk village of Swanton Novers. Delivered in partnership with Broadland Housing Association and the Swanton Novers Community Land Trust, the project provides seven high-quality, energy-efficient homes designed specifically for people with a strong connection to the local area. The development comprises a mix of houses and bungalows, thoughtfully designed to complement the surrounding village while incorporating modern, sustainable construction methods.
